Welcome to Emerald Oasis at Beach Resort! This beautiful 5th floor unit has spectacular Gulf views from the private balcony. Beach Resort is a small 64-unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, hot tub, several charcoal grills, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck for your enjoyment. The complex is directly across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. There is 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Main Bedroom & Bathroom:
King size bed with night stands, reading lamps, & TV. Attached full bath has a tub/shower combo and hair dryer.

2nd Bedroom is actually a Bunk Room with its own bathroom. It has built-in twin XL bunk beds with storage drawers underneath and TV. Attached bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Living Area
The main living area has a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, side chair, cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, puzzles, and board games.

This **non-smoking** unit includes a designated covered garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout, creating a relaxing vacation destination. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving.

Located directly across from the gulf on Scenic Gulf Drive, Beach Resort features an expansive, zero entry pool area with a mushroom fountain and hot tub (upper pool is seasonally heated) as well as a community grilling area. There is also private gated beach access just a short walk away! Hungry? Within walking distance are local beachside favorites: Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s. Surf Hut and The Crab Trap are also a short distance away.

Things to do: Fishing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of water sports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's numerous eateries! Restaurants range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.
