Welcome to the GRAND FAMILY TOWNHOUSE.

Just 10 mins from Davao Int’l Airport, our fully air‑conditioned, baby‑proofed home in a secure community is perfect for families, couples, or groups.

Enjoy high‑speed Wi‑Fi, FREE Netflix, and baby‑friendly amenities (baby amenities are only available upon request: 800/night, FREE for more than a week of stay).

NOTE: Price covers 2 guests/night. See Booking Agreement for details.

Our house consists of:
3 bedrooms; a carpetted living area; a complete dining set; kitchen; front and back balcony; and a personal garage. All 3 shower rooms have hot and cold showers. 2 bedrooms at the second floor each have a double bed, while the bedroom on the ground floor has a double-deck bed. Also, a free access of kitchen amenities, refrigerator, microwave, electric cooking stove, and washing machine is available.
