Our apartment is about 60 m² large with 2 separate bedrooms, living room with TV and radio, separate shower and WC, as well as an entrance hall.

GRIAS ENK our Tyrolean greeting. Greetings enk in Tyrolean and welcome to us. Surrounded by the mountains of Pfunds our home is a holiday apartment for 2-5 persons (two separate bedrooms, new modern parry free shower and separate toilet.) in a quiet central location with a beautiful garden in the countryside. For our younger guests there is a children's swing. Our quiet location guarantees a rest from everyday life and holiday activities. In summer we are the ideal starting point for excursions to Italy or Switzerland and many hiking, biking and walking trails around Pfunds. We are also happy to give friends of meadow flowers and alpine plants some tips and advice on how to use them. Our house is equipped with the water revitalization system by Johann Grander GRANDERWASSER is revitalized drinking waterIn winter, the ski region Nauders or Samnaun - Ischgl can be reached with the free ski bus or own car in about 20 minutes. Wohnung befindet sich im Keller steht leider nicht in der Beschreibung, unsere Wohnung war leider bei Ankunft nicht geputzt überall waren Haare und es war einfach nicht sauber, so gar auf der Bettwäsche waren flecken und Haare , die lage ist sehr schön man hat viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen.

Het appartement is een afknapper.

Op de foto's is niet te zien dat het app. in de kelder van het huis ligt. Je hebt uitzicht over de grasspieten. Doordat het in de kelder ligt is het er vochtig. Er is dan ook schimmel in de badkamer te vinden. Verder zat een vensterbank los. Kussens van de stoelen in de keuken waren vol met vetvlekken. De vrieserdeur van de koelkast was kapot en vastgeplakt met plakband. De inrichtijng is oud en gedateerd. De eigenaars waren niet echt behulpzaam. Je kan alleen TV kijken in de keuken op keukenstoelen er is geen mogelijkheid tot ontspannen in een woonkamer.
