The exclusive, newly renovated and quiet holiday apartment 'ART City-Studio 9' is centrally located at Kassel's eastern city limits in the district of Sandershausen (the districts pass seamlessly and imperceptibly).
The Kasseler Innestadt is easily accessible by car or public transport (stops close to the apartment) in a few minutes, numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are within walking distance within a few minutes.
If you want, you can take a walk in the inner city of Kassel along the Fulda or go to the city center by bike through the Fuldaue.
The large apartment is very quiet with a wide view over the Fuldaue to the Kasseler Herkules (Unesco Weltkulturerbe) and has a large sunny south balcony. In the surrounding area there are many hiking trails, extensive forest areas and excellent infrastructure.
