Het appartement is ruim en netjes, wel veel trappen omhoog lopen. Er blijkt echter geen parkeerplek bij te horen, overal betaald parkeren. Kosten vallen mee, 6,- voor een dagkaart. De foto van de tuin klopt niet, deze is niet zo mooi onderhouden en kleiner dan wij hadden verwacht. Königstein is een mooi dorpje, maar wel vrij verlaten. Het natuurgebied is prachtig, ideaal voor wandelaars.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Apartment geräumig. Der Garten konnte mitgenutzt werden. Die Erreichbarkeit der Wanderwege ist sehr gut. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze in der Nähe sind limitiert.

Es ist eine schöne, saubere Wohnung

Sauber und schön! Es ist eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung! Man hat also viel Platz. Eine Dachgeschosswohnung im 3.Stock! Falls jemand Knieprobleme hat! Eine tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und tolle Tipps zu Wanderungen in der Nähe! Unbedingt zum Padfenstein einen Ausflug planen!!

Schimmelgeruch im ganzen Hausflur, zum Teil sehr steiler Treppenaufgang (63 Stufen zu unserer Wohnung im 3.Stock), schmutzige Treppen, Garten kaum zu gebrauche (alles ziemlich lieblos). Die Wohnung an sich sehr schön und geräumig,alles da (außer Schüsseln) was man so braucht. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

ruim appartement op prima locatie in een leuk dorp midden in de Sächsiche Schweiz

De eerste indruk was dat het appartement redelijk gedateerd was. Maar eenmaal ingetrokken was het een prima plek, Ruim appartement, ruime badkamer, klein eigen buitenplaatsje achter met alleen schaduw, gezamenlijk gebruik van de ruime tuin met veel zon. Prima bedden, ruime kamers. Niet echte grote luxe maar echt prima voor een verblijf van een aantal dagen.

Check in war super. Magere Küchenausstattung. Dusche überschwemmt gesamtes Bad. Wasserhahn in der Küche leckt und sorgt für dauernde Pfütze auf der Ablage. Und wohin kommt der Müll? Bissel mehr Info wäre gut! Ansonsten gute Lage und netter Vermieter.

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zufinden. Die es sich lohnt zu besuchen.

Das Objekt war gut, nur die Beschreibung hinsichtlich zur dritten Etage war , empfand ich nicht so gut. Mann und Frau muss schon Trainiert sein. Aber Super Aufstieg. Wir waren glücklich wenn angekommen sind. Den Kühlschrank könnt man auch kälter stellen., was andere bemängeln.

Pro: Saubere Wohnung, gute Aufteilung, gute Lage, netter Vermieter, schnelle Rückmeldungen. Contra: In der Anzeige waren viele Falschangaben gemacht, was uns verärgerte. Hoffe sie werden zukünftig angepasst. Korrekt ist: - Öffentlicher Parkplatz - Wohnung in 3. OG über Treppen - Kein Balkon - Keine Dusche nur eine Badewanne (Schlauch zu kurz für duschen im stehen) Die Güterzüge, die auch nachts fahren wurden bereits von Vorgängern hier bereits erwähnt.

PROS: Large apartment. Easily sleeps 6 people, even more. Clean. Convenient to area attractions and train station. Plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as a large and modern grocery store (Edeka). Owner is very pleasant, happy to answer questions and give advice about what to do and where to eat. Free parking in the area (requires a bit of walking). CONS: Only one bathroom. Lots of stairs to get to apartment. Poor wi-fi reception. Kitchen not set up for serious cooking.

Fijn vakantiehuis

Een fijn vakantiehuis. Ruime slaapkamers en goede bedden. Voor wie wil koken is alles aanwezig. Nette badkamer en schoon. Eerst geen goede wifi maar na dit aangegeven te hebben was het diezelfde middag nog opgelost evenals een defecte koelkast die meteen vervangen werd door een nieuwe. De Fam. Hetsch is zeer behulpzaam, en pratende mensen zijn te helpen. Men moet rekening houden met veel trappen in het huis, vooral als men een verblijf op de bovenste verdiepingen boekt. Alleen het verblijf op de 1e verdieping aan de voorkant heeft een balkon verder geen enkel appartement. Dicht in het centrum met een warme bakker als buren. Lekkere restaurantjes op loopafstand. Parkeren kan men aan de overkant van het water, is openbaar terrein, maar gratis. Wij hebben altijd plaats gehad in Juli. De dames van het info centrum geven zeer goede info over alles wat er in de buurt te doen is, en dat is veel! Perfect voor wandelaars, vanaf Konigstein lopen veel geweldige wandelpaden. Konigstein en het vakantie huis is een aanrader.

Wonderful area in Germany. A couple of points. The owners could be more specific about where to park your car as there is free parking nearby. There was also no mention of a very busy railway line nearby. Freight trains were passing frequently until around midnight, which didn't bother me but might affect people who go to bed earlier.

Schöne Fotos, die jedoch nicht alles zeigen

Die Fotos zur Fewo sind sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist jedoch nur über eine steile Treppe und viele Stuten zu erreichen. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht richtig, Geschirr recht wenig, Kleinigkeiten fehlen. Ein Kleiderschrank für 4 Menschen zu wenig. Alte Prospekte, keine Bedienungsanleitung usw. Es gibt keinen reservierten Parkplatz, sondern nur öffentliche im Ort, die bei schönem Wetter alle besetzt sind. Der Vermieter ist nett. Das Preis-Leistungsniveau stimmt nicht.

Best stay of our european tour. Stunningly well equiped with beautiful views up to the castle.

A very spacious and well equipped flat on two levels that although it can only be accessed by a good climb up a lot of steps was definitely worth it. All of the rooms were spacious and although there were six of us staying there was the ability to hide in corners. The two bathrooms were spot on and as both had showers meant that we could get organised for day trips quite easily.The town is lovely with very little street noise but the trains do run regularly but we quickly got used to them. The walk to the castle is beautiful and the castle certainly worth the effort. Awesome views from the battlements. The local supermarket is a short walk away and very well equipped with friendly staff able to cope with my very poor German. Basteibrucke in the evening sun was outstanding and the train to Dresden was out of this world and only five minutes from the flat. One small niggle was that the oven did not have any baking trays or a second shelf but to be honest that is me being pedantic. Biggest issue however was that I didn't get to go on a steam ship on the river and that we really should have stayed longer. Would thoroughly recommend a stay and will do our hardest to return in the near future.
