Character gîte in lovely stone-built house, high up in the Lyonnais hills. Perfect for a weekend or longer stay in leafy setting. Separate access. Owners are living in building at the back. Terrace with open views of the countryside (no opposite neighbours). Ground floor : large living room (wood-burning stove, kitchen area, dining area). Lounge (TV, double sofa bed, 2nd sofa bed can be made available for extra sleeping arrangement on request (extra charge)). Lower level : laundry room, shower room, WC. Upstairs (with attics) : small mezzanine with football table, hall, 3 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom including WC. Heating : electricity + wood. Bed linen supplied free. Outdoors : balcony, paved terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, private parking for 3 vehicles. Cats on site.
