The recently built house is 200 m2 with all modern comforts, on a sunny south west plot of 5,000 m2 entirely surrounded by a cypress hedge. The environment is very calm. The street is almost private (3 neighbors) and very little traffic without being isolated. The village has 600 inhabitants.

All the rooms open onto a breathtaking view of the Forez plain. The sunsets are magnificent! You will never tire of it.

The house is shaped like a 'U' on one level with in the middle a large living room of 50 m2 opening onto a sheltered lawn of 72 m2 with pergola. The kitchen has a farm door which allows direct access to the garden. There are two separate sleeping areas: one on the left with a double bedroom, a shower room with wc and a single bedroom, and one on the right with a double bedroom, a bathroom with separate wc and two single bedrooms. This configuration is ideal for the gathering of two families who want to keep a little privacy. Total 8 beds.

A games room with board games and professional table football, a multimedia area with unlimited internet, TV. A landline telephone will remain at your disposal.

Outdoors several options:
. A 20 m2 wisteria-shaded pergola (ideal for breakfast or coffee)
. A play area for young children with swing, slide, dinette hut and sandpit. A wooden terrace in front of the bedroom to the south allows you to watch the children.
. For older children, a flat lawn allows you to practice football or badminton. The underground car park can accommodate games of pétanque.

But the most relaxing place will undoubtedly be the swimming pool!
The large 12 X 6 m swimming pool is heated between 25 and 29 ° (on average during the summer). The wooden beach is 100 m2 with two large parasols, four mattresses and four sun loungers.
An awning with a barbecue and a wooden table (capacity 20 people) allows you to take all meals outside without risking sunstroke. (a small fridge will keep your drinks cool).

Pergola, awning and swimming pool can be lit at night for late evenings.

Our animal friends are accepted. But we draw your attention to the fact that the ground is not closed by a fence and that they can escape by crawling under the hedge.
