Close to the city of Tarare, in the upper part of a small village, large, stone-built house (listed building) including 2 self-catering gîtes (each with separate access) and owners' home. Peaceful countryside setting. Gîte 'Ronzière' with attic rooms is on the first floor at the back of house (outside stairs of 4 steps). Living room with kitchen /dining /lounge areas. Shower room with WC. Bedroom accessed via a few steps (double bed, 2 single beds). Shared outdoors : extensive, unclosed garden with play area (trampoline, climbing frame, basketball hoop, small above-ground swimming pool) and lovely views of the village & the mounts, courtyard, parking area. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for family gathering. Shared washing machine in outside room (available at set times). GR7 (long-distance hiking/riding path) nearby. A89 motorway exit 3 km. For guests interested, the owner (a practitioner in integration of primitive & postural reflexes) may arrange a therapy session in her office on site.
