- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, high chair, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, wifi, books,
- central heating, fan, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector,
- free parking available in adjacent streets.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.
