Spacious, sunny 4.5 room apartment for 2- 5 people, 3rd Floor (elevator), 50m from the lake with garage in the house. Wonderful view of the lake, trees, Ticino mountains. Southern flair to enjoy!
Minusio is located next to Locarno and Ascona on Lake Maggiore. The mild, Mediterranean climate with lots of sun and palm trees, lake and mountains characterize the southern ambience.
The spacious and light-flooded living room with wooden floor, fireplace, dining table and inviting sitting area has direct access to the 12m long balcony. With a view of the countryside, the lake and the mountains, it invites you to relax. You can hear the seabirds, the waves and the chugging of the boats.
In a few steps you are at the first beautiful swimming area with a small sandy beach. The approx. 4 km long beach promenade between Locarno and Tenero invites you to stroll, leisurely cycling and swimming.
The unique Lago Maggiore, Locarno and Ascona with diverse cultural offers, a wonderful spa, fine restaurants and grottos, excursions and hiking opportunities in the picturesque Ticino valleys and mountains, the Saturday market in Bellinzona ... there is so much to discover!

We werden correct ontvangen. Het appartement is ruim, zeer proper en alles is aanwezig. Het is een aangename omgeving: dicht bij het prachtige lago maggiore. Zoals beschreven in de advertentie is er vooraan een rustige straat maar ... klein detail, achteraan is er een net geopend treinstation waar - met dank aan het sterk uitgebouwde openbaar vervoer - ongeveer elke 10 minuten een trein stopt, dit van rond 6 uur 's morgens tot 2 uur 's nachts. Echt rustig kan je het dus ook niet meer noemen ...

Schöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage

Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den See eingenommen. Die großen Bäume am Ufer schränken den Seeblick etwas ein, aber sie geben dafür auch Schatten beim Aufenthalt am See. Besonders genossen haben wir das morgendliche und abendliche Schwimmen am See - man ist mit wenigen Schritten am Wasser. Schön ist auch die lange Uferpromenade nach Locarno. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und den Betreuerinnen der Wohnung vor Ort war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Grosse, helle Wohnung mit super gedecktem Balkon. Es hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Netter Kontakt mit Mieter und Frau Buser. Danke! Zug fährt nahe vorbei, hat uns aber nicht gestört. SUPs haben wir auf dem Autodach ‚parkiert‘, Velos im Unterstand.

Sehr große helle Wohnung am See mit perfekter Ausstattung wie zu Hause.

Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe waren super. Hat alles wunderbar und problemlos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage am See ist ideal und wir konnten unser Supboard in der Garage lagern.

schöne große Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell und geräumig mit einem großen Balkon. Diesen haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und wir hatten vor Ort nette Ansprechpartner. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Meter. Hinter dem Wohnhaus befindet sich direkt eine Bahnlinie, welche tagsüber nicht stört, jedoch in den späten Abendstunden bis ca. 1 Uhr kommt aller 10 bis 20 Minuten ein Zug vorbei. Bei nicht geöffnetem Fenster stört dies jedoch nicht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und die Nähe zum See war super.

sehr seenahe Wohnung

Das Objekt ist sehr nahe am See gelegen, so dass wir die SUPs in aufgepumpten Zustand in der Garage (auf dem Autodach) lagern konnten und so immer schnell startbereit waren. Die Wohnung ist hell und gross. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Zuggeräusche sind in den Schlafzimmer deutlich zu hören. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, die wir wieder buchen würden.

Lovely apartment close to the lake

We had a great experience from the moment we booked. Johannes was very communicative and helpful before we arrived and then his local team were great for check in and questions during our stay. The apartment is very close to the lake front promenade and cycle path so we rented bicycles and cycled everywhere for most of our stay, it was great.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Das Morgenbad am Strand vor dem Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Obwohl sie direkt an der Bahnlinie liegt, haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und abends die Stille genossen. Der Weg zu Fuss nach Locarno ist ein Genuss. Der Service war hervorragend. Ich werde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Top Lage, viel Platz, toller Ausblick!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer Top Lage. Für uns mit den Kindern ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Super geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Für uns „Landeier“ war der direkt an der Wohnung vorbeifahrende Zug gewöhnungsbedürftig, war aber nach kurzer Zeit kein Problem. WLAN und Garage und eine hervorragende Ausstattung sorgten für einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt. Problemlose Kommunikation und ein sehr angenehmer Empfang machten den Anfang sehr easy. Herzlichen Dank. Absolute Weiterempfehlung 😊.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosse Ferienwohnung. Praktisch und gut ausgestattet, grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, wenige Schritte zum Strand. Besonderheit: Gut hörbar ist das Rauschen der Bäume und das Plätschern der Wellen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Piazza Grande in wenigen Minuten bequem erreichbar. In Minusio gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - alles auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

Familienfreundliche Wohnung an genialer Seelage in Minusio

Diese 4.5 Zimmer Ferienwohnung ist für eine 4-5 köpfige Familie perfekt und ist sehr gut eingerichtet & ausgerüstet. Zudem ist sie für Ausflüge mit dem Velo, zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrzeug sehr gut gelegen. Die Absprachen mit den Vermietern sind unkompliziert und haben einwandfrei funktioniert.

Woning op perfecte locatie, vlakbij het meer. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Fijn dat er een eigen parkeerruimte was. Enige nadeel: er zijn geen horren, dus we zijn helaas compleet lek geprikt door de muggen.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat einfach alles, was man so braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, eigene Waschmaschine in der Küche, Wäscheständer. Der grosse Balkon haben wir für das Frühstück genutz, manchmal auch für ein späteres Abendessen, sonst wäre es fast zu heiss gewesen. Die Garage ist gut, die Einfahrt (und Ausfahrt) mit dem grossen Auto anfangs eine kleine Geduldsprobe, bis wir den "Dreh" raus hatten! Der See liegt in Sichtweite, der Zug in Hörweite, hat aber nur gestört, wenn man vor Hitze nicht schlafen konnte! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
