Le refuge de Séve: estate with games room and jacuzzi, ideal for families

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and offers a games room equipped with billiards, table football, darts, arcade machine and an outdoor jacuzzi area. With its 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms it is perfect for family stays. The countryside, the calm, the beauty of nature and the kindness of the inhabitants is another asset of our accommodation. Everyone will find their place: rest and calm, fun, or nature to recharge their batteries.

Located in Seloignes a few minutes from Chimay, the estate can accommodate up to 15 people and has 8 bedrooms:
7 double rooms and 1 single room.
Among them, 6 rooms have their private bathroom, offering privacy and comfort, while the other rooms have perfectly equipped shared bathrooms.
Designed for large numbers of stays, the estate offers generous and functional facilities:
three ovens, three dishwashers and three refrigerators, to cook and entertain in complete serenity.

The living areas invite relaxation and the pleasure of getting together. You will enjoy two large flat-screen TVs, each equipped with an Apple TV, with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, ideal for convivial evenings.

The estate consists of two communicating parts, offering great flexibility in terms of layout and making this place a reference address for large families wishing to share moments together while maintaining their privacy.

A large dining room brings together all the diners around the same table, for warm and festive meals.

For young and old, a dedicated games room completes the experience, with billiards, table football, electronic darts and arcade machine, guaranteeing moments of entertainment throughout the stay.

Finally, for a moment of absolute relaxation, a covered outdoor jacuzzi is available on request from May 2026, ideal for relaxing after a day full of discoveries.
