Small apartment (N°1) in a very nice private villa. Located in the city center, 300m from the great thermal baths.
Nice view, comfortable warmth, it consists of a living room with everything necessary (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, furniture and crockery), television, a bedroom with double bed, 2 armchairs and a second television.
The bathroom with shower and toilet accessible from the bedroom, storage space, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

A washing machine shared by all tenants is located on the landing between the first floor and the 1st floor.
Terrace shared by all tenants with an outdoor table and bench at the entrance of the villa.
Free Wi-Fi.

The complete cleaning of the apartment must be done before departure.

Sheets/duvet covers/pillowcases, towels, shower mat and kitchen towels are not included.
Possibility of renting in advance, at an extra charge (subject to availability).
Double bed pack including 1 fitted sheet 140x200, 1 duvet cover 220x240, 2 pillowcases 65x65: 18€ per pack.
