The cottage
The bungalow was completely renovated in April and May 2017 and partly refurbished. Equipped with many nice amenities such as Bose music system, coffee machine, sauna, whirlpool, conservatory, beautiful terrace with furniture, dressing room. The house is furnished on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms are on each level. 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet complete the picture. A large living area consisting of kitchen dining area living room and conservatory invite you to feel good. No matter what the weather is, in the 50 sqm large conservatory you always feel like in nature. The property is not visible and is directly adjacent to fields and hiking trail for walking.

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und sehr gross.Sehr geräumig.Der Vermieter sehr kontaktfreudig und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat einfach alles super geklappt. Im Ferienhaus war alles was man benötigt vorhandenen. Nochmals vielen Dank an den sehr netten Vermieter.

Tolles Haus mit super Wintergarten

Wir kamen in ein großes weitläufiges Haus, sah von außen gar nicht so groß aus. Dann der Blick in den riesigen offenen Wintergarten mit angeschlossenem großen komplett eingezäunten Garten. Unsere Hunde haben es geliebt. Die große offene Küche, hier könnten mal die Schubladen eingestellt werden (schleifen zum Teil an der Arbeitsplatte) mit angrenzendem Essbereich, alles schick und praktisch, schön auch für bis zu 6 Personen. Im Keller dann die Infrarotsauna, tolles Feature welches von uns in dieser Jahreszeit auch gerne genutzt wurde. Nur Ruhemöglichkeiten zwischen den Saunagängen haben gefehlt, sonst eine wirklich gute Ausstattung. Einziges Manko waren für uns die Betten, gerade der Aufbau des 2x2m Bettes im großen Schlafzimmer mit der Längs- und Quertraverse hat ein entspanntes schlafen nahezu nicht möglich gemacht.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, mit kleinen fehlenden Details. Im Untergeschoss wäre es schön, wenn ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel im Duschraum wäre. Das Ankleidezimmer ist zwar sehr schön, aber ein Schrank in jedem Schlafzimmer wäre bei vier Pärchen nicht schlecht. Ein Handtuch, wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben, fehlte auch. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden und funktionierte auch.

Es hätte noch schöner sein können

Es ist zugegebenermaßen ein besonderes Opjekt. Der Besitzer hat aber anscheinend kein großes Interesse mehr daran. Das Haus müßte mE. komplett renoviert werden. Die Heizung ging während unsres Aufenthalts drei Mal auf Störung. Morgens bei 3C nicht wirklich prickelnt. Es dauerte über eine Stunde, bis es halbwegs wieder warm war. Für mich war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Woche, was am schönen Wetter und der tollen Umgebung lag. Gerne wieder wenn renoviert ist.

Unvergesslicher, entspannter Urlaub

Diese „Stadtoase“ ist wirklich eine reine Ruheoase unmittelbar in der Nähe von der schönstens Stadt der Welt, Lübeck ❤️. Wir haben die Zeit mit der gesamten Familie und unserem Hund sehr genossen und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles, was das Heez begehrt und man konnte einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Herr Sanders war immer gut zu erreichen und half sofort, wenn es mal Fragen gab. So lebt es sich schick

Das Objekt ist mit MONDÄN umfassend beschrieben. Bis auf die etwas verwirrende Elektrik (Beleuchtung, Hifi) gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war supersupergut, gerade in Corona-Zeiten.
