No frills but great location

This is a bare bones rental property. Carefully read the amenities. There are NO extras...not even spices in the kitchen. Also, it could use maintenance attention and 2 of the 4 mattresses really need to be replaced. However, it is a roomy house in a great location with plenty of parking. And we were allowed to bring our dogs, which we were very excited about. The patio has a gate that closes well, which was a great feature with the dogs.

Hi Stephanie - Thanks for your review. Due to health code considerations, we aren't able to leave any food items at the home between guests. Glad to hear your whole family had a paw-some time at South Beach!

Disappointed

Very dated house, very awful beds, and very pathetic patio furniture. The best thing about this house was the location.

Three day getaway for three lifetime female friends

The property needs needs some spiffing up. Salt air does its damage, and it looks like this property has not had regular maintenance, including some of the interior furnishings. One bed did not have a proper mattress pad. The plan of the house and the location were nice, but I would not lease this property again. My friends and I did some housekeeping ourselves before we could relax and enjoy being there.
