Newer home on quite possibly the best view lot in River Park Subdivision. Downtown location. Unobstructed views backing to open space/parkland. Truly one of the best view corridors in downtown Ridgway. Sleeps 10 / Main level is 2100 square feet with split bedroom floor plan. Main level of Home offer 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Great mountain style finishes with granite throughout, hardwood flooring, large master with king size bed, beautiful bathroom w/jacuzzi tub, and the same awesome views. The other two bedrooms are large. One has king size, and the other queen size bed. Huge covered deck with large fenced yard backing to open space.
*** The lower level has separate entrance with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining, and full bar/kitchen, washer/dryer. Outdoor patio with unobstructed views of the San Jan Mountains. Fenced yard. Mountain bike trail borders property for a quick ride into town, or head to the River trails and the world famous Rat trail network. View the pictures and you'll see why this is one of the premier properties in downtown Ridgway.

* Owner/manager is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.
*New HOA regulations require no street parking. Property comes with 2 car garage and 3 spaces in driveway. Sorry but no trailer parking.

Vacation in the Mountains

It is a very nice, spacious property in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the large common areas both upstairs and downstairs.

Family time in Ridgeway/Ouray

Our extended family of 10 stayed 3 nights at Tom’s property. The house is lovely with an awesome view of the mountain range. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it!

Ridgway house

We were extremely happy with our stay at this location. The house was between Montrose and Ouray which was perfect for us. We were able to walk to the river to fish where there was also a walking trail. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The house did not have air but that wasn't even an issue for us because it cools down at night and we were gone during the day. There were also fans so I wouldn't even say not having air was a negative. The homeowner was also excellent in communicating with. All in all, we were beyond happy with our stay and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

Don't overlook "Marion Overlook" in Ridgway, Colorado

We were impressed with the Marion Overlook VRBO home rental from the way that it was presented on-line - very clear and detailed photos of the inside and outside of the home. But the photos did not actually do the home justice! It was in immaculate condition with ample space for our clan of 12. Everything in the beautifully attired home worked well, and everything about the neighborhood spoke of peace and tranquility. (Indeed, our backyard playing was the loudest noise in the neighborhood for the five days we stayed!). Thus, we highly recommend this property as a base for adventure in SW Colorado or simply as a place to relax and enjoy. We did both and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank You!

The house was wonderful. It is well stocked, clean, and is in a great location. The owner communicated well and was easy to get in touch with. The only issue we had is that the original description on the rental site stated six bedrooms, six beds, and air conditioning. There were six beds but not six individual bedrooms. There was no air conditioning. We contacted owner and he stated that in August 23 air will be put in. But we did not have it in July. The posting listing air conditioning has now been changed though.

Great place to stay

Tom was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is large with plenty of space for relaxing. The house was well stocked with more than enough supplies. We loved our stay and definitely will be staying again.
