Accommodation: ARCACHON, BD OF THE PLAGE – ON 2nd LINE, FACE AT THE PLAGE!Located on the 4th and top floor of a secure residence with elevator, this spacious 80 m2 apartment, crossing North/South, offers beautiful volumes, remarkable brightness and two pleasant balconies, complemented by a secure private parking space.Access is via a private outdoor patio-course, already offering a beautiful view of the Arcachon Basin. An entrance airlock with closet serves separate toilets, a cellar, then a large independent kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, hood, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine...). The living room, facing south, consists of a TV lounge area with sofa and a dining area incorporating an extra bed type BZ in 140 cm. This space opens directly onto a first south facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sun. A clearance leads to a full bathroom, equipped with both a bath and a shower, as well as a bidet. The first bedroom, also south facing, has two close and motorized 90 cm beds, a large closet and direct access to the second balcony. The second bedroom, facing north, enjoys a superb view of the Bassin d'Arcachon and is furnished with a bed in 140 cm and a closet. Both balconies, with an area of about 4.5 m2 each, are equipped with outdoor furniture and blinds, offering pleasant sun protection and a beautiful view of the summer city. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable, with Internet/Wi-Fi connection, and enjoys an exceptional location: the municipal market is about 150 meters away, the beach is 20 meters away, and the famous Thiers pier is only 170 meters away. A designated, secure and uncovered parking space is included. Animals are not allowed. The linen is not provided, but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promotional code: holidays33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). The end-of-stay household is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance of the accommodation during the rental.
