Ideal for family stays or getaways with friends, this spacious cottage combines comfort, conviviality, and relaxation.

-> Accommodation capacity: up to 15 guests.

It consists of:

*** Inside ***

-> A fitted and fully equipped kitchen (range cooker, extractor hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle…). Everything you need for cooking is at your disposal. A welcome kit is offered (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits).

The kitchen also features a large, friendly table for meals with family or friends.

-> A large dining/living area of nearly 50 m², with a big table.

-> A comfortable living room with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV! Internet and Wi-Fi available.

-> A games room equipped with a foosball table, dartboard, and billiards table.

-> A shower and a separate WC are available on the ground floor.

-> A laundry room with a washing machine.

-> A spiral staircase providing access to the bedrooms. Some have low-height doorways to preserve the authentic charm of the old stone.

*** 1st floor ***

-> A first bedroom with three single beds (90x200 cm) and two bunk beds (90x200 cm).

-> A bathroom with WC and shower.

*** 2nd floor ***

-> A second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including sink, mirror, and shower.

-> A third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including sink, mirror, and shower.

-> A fourth bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including sink, mirror, and shower. A baby cot is available in this room.

-> A fifth bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including sink, mirror, and shower.

-> A separate WC is available on this floor.

-> A bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

*** Outside ***

-> A large terrace equipped with tables and chairs allows you to fully enjoy outdoor meals. It also features a gas plancha (please clean it after use) and a ping-pong table.

-> The garden and plants have just been installed and are gradually growing.

-> A private pool (8x4 m, 1.45 m deep), covered with a manual safety cover. It is heated and accessible from May to the end of August. In case of bad weather, it will remain closed. Although secured, children remain under parental supervision.

-> Pool towels are not provided.

*** ALL bed linen as well as bath and hand towels are included in the price – no extra charge! ***

-> Free parking spaces in front of the house.

*** A key box is available, allowing for self check-in. ***

-> Check-in from 5 PM, check-out by 10 AM.

-> Pets are not allowed.

-> Please carefully follow the pool usage instructions.

-> Any person not included in the booking is strictly forbidden in the property.

-> Animals are present on site. Please do not feed them for their well-being.

-> A security deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform. This mandatory step ensures the smooth running of your stay.

-> The information related to the arrival procedure will be sent to you after your booking.

-> Communication exclusively through the messaging system of the booking platform.

-> Guaranteed autonomy: key box available for check-in from 5:00 PM. Check-out before 10:00 AM.

-> Beautiful fully renovated country house, ideally located in a peaceful setting, just 20 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou theme park.

-> Travel by car.

*** Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for your stay. ***

*** End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. Thank you for leaving the accommodation clean and tidy. ***
