Welcome to our charming holiday apartment in Bašanija, a perfect retreat for families and small groups!



This cosy home accommodates up to 6 people and features two comfortable bedrooms with a total of 4 beds - including a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. The accommodation is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends.



An absolute highlight is the shared swimming pool, promising refreshment and fun for all guests. The outdoor area invites relaxation with a beautiful garden, garden furniture, terrace, and balcony. Barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the grilling facilities.



The house is modernly equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove offers everything a cooking heart desires - from refrigerator and freezer to coffee machine and dishwasher.



With two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub - we ensure maximum comfort. A private parking space directly at the house completes the offer.



The location is perfect: only 300 metres from the town centre, supermarket, and bus stop. A stone's throw from the beach and ideal for families with children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Located in a middle of a small tourist village, this Villa (Lara) is surrounded by several magnificent stone&#47rock beaches, five to ten minutes away. The appartmemts are nice and clean, the area great to relax (there&#39s even a BBQ) and the pool is great. Staff&#47owner is simply great, so nice. It&#39s still a tourist village, for real supermarkets and a bit more you have to travel to Umag of course (e.g. if you want to do a bit more laundry). But we all know this beforehand, right? Also keep in mind that the Villa has six appartments, so you have to share the place&#47pool, which was completely fine with us.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Jeden Tag wird geputzt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch. Toller großer Pool. Eigener überdachter Parkplatz Sehr ruhige Lage. Restaurants, Bäcker, herrlicher Strand und Meer zu Fuß erreichbar. Wunderbare Gegend. Die Besitzer sind sehr nette Leute. Für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nichts es passte für uns alles
