Welcome to Trausse, a charming wine-growing village nestled at the foot of the Montagne Noire. Here, the gentle way of life of the South blends with a rich heritage and bountiful nature, between fragrant scrubland, renowned vineyards, and exceptional historical sites. Ideally located between Carcassonne and Narbonne, Trausse invites you to discover the many facets of the Minervois region. Heritage lovers will be delighted by a visit to the medieval city of Carcassonne (30 minutes away), the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi, or the Cathar village of Minerve. For hikers, the Montagne Noire and its trails offer a breath of fresh air. The more curious among you can explore the Minervois cellars and taste the local wines. Not to mention swimming in the rivers or Lake Jouarres, cycling, or visiting farmers' markets. The cottage is entered via a raised terrace, accessible by five steps. It offers: _Living room with dining area and lounge area with TV, _Bathroom with double sink and shower stall, _Master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), closet, and TV, _Bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), closet. Down a few steps: _Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, conventional coffee maker + Nespresso, dishwasher), _Separate toilet, _Laundry room with outdoor access and washing machine and dryer. _Small garage for storage (bicycles, motorcycles). Outside, a fenced garden of approximately 1500 m². Garden furniture and a classic barbecue are available. Parking space on the property with a gate. Air conditioning in the living room, which provides air conditioning to all rooms. In the heart of Minervois, between vines, stones and sun.
