The architecturally appealing apartment house with pool, garden 11 rental units for 2-6 people on 4 floors located in the famous resort of "Vodice" on the Riviera Sibenik in northern Dalmatia.

The outskirts location ensures a peaceful holiday surrounded by private cottages without significant traffic, yet it is only a 15-20 minute walk to the center.

All apartments are air conditioned, have a balcony or terrace with sea view and have satellite TV. In addition, all guests a free Internet access (Wi-Fi / WiFi) is available. 6 apartments are suitable for 2  persons each, 2 apartments for 4 + 1 persons, 2 apartments for 2 + 1 persons and 1 apartment for 4 + 2 persons. The exclusive apartment in the raised ground floor with almost 100 m² is intended for very demanding guests and can accommodate 4 people.

The beautiful outdoor area offers the pool and a beautiful garden with lawn areas. Here are the guests of the house sun loungers available. The private parking lot is good and like 14 cars. In addition to the outdoor grill which all guests can use by arrangement, bicycles are also available for private use. Also a laundry for laundry is given. Pets are out of consideration for other guests not welcome. The friendly landlord offer from their own production a good red wine (Plavac) and white wine.

The next beach is about 450 m, there are shops after 150 m. The lively old town of Vodice is less than 2 km away.
