Great quiet neighborhood, close to everything and the beautiful walking path was a nice surprise. we arrived late, around 11pm but coming from Ohio it was really 3am for us. The check-in was seamless and everything was clean and ready for us to jump into bed. Waters in the fridge, toiletries, laundry detergent was a nice addition. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Would 100% stay again.

Quiet Home in Good Location for Spring Training in AZ

For the price, this is a great value. The home is older and has some signs of the age and use, but it is definitely clean and well-stocked to make your stay comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great for attending baseball Spring Training games in Surprise and surrounding cities. The patio area was really nice to enjoy the quiet and warm nights and we really enjoyed that.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

The whole stay was positive. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood and was in the location we needed. The house is a little older but is more than adequate and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space is comfortable. Beds were quite firm but we slept fine. Carpet and showers are older but again were clean. There is nice gathering space outside on two patios. Host had water bottles for us in the fridge which was appreciated. The host answered all our questions promptly.

Location in Surprise, Az was perfect. We expected a downstairs master BDR but they were so gracious and brought a bed downstairs to help. Owners were great.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and roomy, it had all the essentials for daily home needs; however, the shower heads in all showers were not working properly and communication with the host was difficult. Overall, we had a great experience

Regarding the showers, they do have adjustable settings, and I would have been happy to assist had I known there was an issue. Additionally, I understand that you requested an early check-in, which we were glad to accommodate at no extra charge. I’m not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred, but I truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve moving forward.
