Everything about this place was accurate and great. We went to see friends and relax and that is what we did. Our host was one of the best we have had she communicated with us and had lots of amenities there for us. We will surely look to stay here again.

We loved our stay. The house was in a great location, with lots of restaurants, shopping a a grocery store close. It was spacious and had lots of little “extras” that we greatly appreciated. Items like coffee, extra tooth brushes, a few snacks, plenty of toilet paper. It was nice to not have to feel like you needed to make a list of basic items to stock the house.

The house was nice. Garage access is a plus. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Snacks, coffee and bottled water was provided along with makeup wipes and other toiletries. We couldn’t fit in the garage because we had a Thule on our car and the parking situation is not ideal. We had a nice time attending Spring Training. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This place was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Nice living spaces. Beds firm. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Well furnished. Hot tub was clean and worked well. Likewise for the BBQ. There is a FRYS market about half a mile away. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to the 303 which is a main artery. The host, Mercy, was very responsive and communicated well. We will rent this again when we come back to the area.

This is a lovely home, very clean and comfortable with pleasant design. The owner has thought of all the essential amenities which made it a home away from home for us while we were visiting family nearby. We especially loved the well stocked kitchen (cookware, dishes) so that we could do some cooking and eating while there. The host was very communicative and really knows how to do a great job of hosting.

Amazing property that had all the amenities you could need for a stay. Even appliances you wouldn’t expect; insta-pot, ninja blender, air fryer, and even snacks and candy in case you came in late and didn’t get to the grocery store. Charming neighborhood with a clean community pool. Host was attentive and we really didn’t need to ask for anything more. Definitely saved for future trips.

Morgan Wallen getaway

We loved staying in Mercy’s home for our weekend getaway for the Morgan Wallen concert! The home was clean and as advertised. Check in was easy and Mercy was easy to get a hold of with needs! The only downside was the hot tub was murky when we got there we shocked it but it was never clean enough to use. But no big deal because it was 118 degrees anyway. Would stay here again, thanks Mercy!
