Welcome to Villa Gina! The city villa with its two large light flooded comfortable apartments with 3 bedrooms each on the ground floor and upper floor was completed in August 2017. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hochuferwanderweg and thus only about 400 m from the fine flat sloping kilometer-long south beach. In the restaurant "Kleine Melodie" you can sit on the terrace in good weather and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. In the cold season, you can warm up with the hotdog.
