Lage und Beschreibung gut

Die Kommunikation über fewo ist recht umständlich, da man viele unübersichtliche PDFs erhält. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter selbst war zügig und soweit ok. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Klingel und die Kaffeemaschine haben nicht funktioniert, ansonsten war alles da. Bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt hätten wir uns noch ein Satz Ersatzhandtücher gewünscht. Die Lage ist super zentral.

Perfekte Lage und Ausstattung, es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Einziger "Wermutstropfen", für den aber der Vermieter nichts kann: In der Nacht zum Sonntag war in der direkt darunter liegenden Wohnung ein fürchterlicher Lärm, die Bässe der Stereoanlage bis zum Anschlag voll aufgedreht, sodass bei uns der Tisch fibrierte.Bitte um Reduzierung half nur vorübergehend, sodass zeitweilig an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Tolle Wohnung an sensationeller Lage

Wir waren während dem Weihnachtsmarkt dort. Mehr Altstadtgenuss geht kaum. Die Wohnung selbst ist neu eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen geräumig. Die Anleitungen für Check-in und -out sowie die Tiefgarage sehr präzise. Wer die Wohnungsbeschreibung liest, weiss ganz genau, was ihn erwartet. Bedingungslos weiterzuempfehlen!

Perfect location to experience Ravensburg like a local

This was the perfect location for our family to get familiar with Germany and Ravensburg as first time visitors from the US. Markets, cafes, restaurants, shopping and sites all within easy walking distance. It did not take long for my kids to feel comfortable walking around the town on their own. Use of parking garage a short walking distance from the apartment made parking our large van quite easy. We also stayed in Munich and Baden-Baden on our trip and Ravensburg and this apartment were everyone's clear favorite. We will certainly be more than willing to rent here again. This was certainly a highlight of our two week trip to Germany.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this bright, clean apartment. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom nicely updated. The manager was responsive when we had to make some changes with sleeping arrangements for the sake of a very tall family member. Parking, though off-site, was convenient. We would have liked a bit more updated tourist information in the apartment; most of what was there was quite outdated. And while we had been planning to cook some meals in the apartment during our stay, we ended up eating out for all our meals because there were no basic food ingredients (i.e. salt and pepper, oil, spices) in the apartment. We four agreed that the amount of space was just right for us; I couldn't imagine 6 people sharing the space.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem sehr kleinen Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett und einer Ausziehcouch... Da sollten keine Buchungen für 5 Erwachsene angeboten werden. In Summe für die gebotene Leistung überteuert.

Das Apartment besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, einer Schlafkammer mit Etagenbett und einem Wohnzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, die am Tage als Sitzcouch benutzt werden können. Des weiteren gibt es einen Essbereich mit einem Esstisch für bis zu 6 Personen. Außerdem befindet sich -zentral angeordnet - ein offener Küchenbereich mit Einbauküche. Alles entspricht genau den Fotos im Internet-Angebot. Eine Ausziehcouch - von der der Gast berichtet - ist in unserem Apartment gar nicht vorhanden.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt in der Innenstadt gelegen und am Samstag hat man den Markt direkt vor der Tür - grandios! Es ist alles vorhanden, von Handtüchern über Herd und Ofen bis Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung war super sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
