The fully renovated villa boasts a 775 m² enclosed and secure plot with private parking spaces and an electric gate. For relaxation, you'll find a garden overlooking pine and oak trees, and a wooden terrace with a hot tub, garden furniture, deck chairs, and sun loungers. The bright and spacious interior includes: - A large open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. - A veranda with a dining area for 8 guests, opening onto the terrace and garden. - Three bedrooms, two with a 160x200 cm bed and the third with a bunk bed (140x190 cm and 90x190 cm). - A shower room with a walk-in shower. - A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. - Two separate toilets, one of which is accessible from the shower room. Each room (living room and bedrooms) is equipped with individual reversible air conditioning. A baby kit is available. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning can be rented (additional charges apply). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity.
