Charmante maison tout confort située à Taussat, près d’Andernos. Idéalement située, venez profiter de sa situation exceptionnelle, au cœur d’un espace naturel unique du bassin d’Arcachon. Vous pourrez accéder à pied à la plage de sable en moins de 5 minutes, y déguster des huîtres, rejoindre le vieux port de Taussat ou celui de Cassy en moins de 10 min à pied. Pour vous détendre en famille, un spa, une piscine, ainsi que d’une aire de jeu avec fléchettes et baby foot vous attendent. L’environnement est très calme, et permet d’accéder très rapidement aux pistes cyclables. Autour de vous, Andernos est à 5 minutes en voiture, les plages du Cap Ferret à 25 minutes, Arcachon a 35 min et la dune du Pilat à 40 min. Bordeaux et trésors culturels et gastronomiques sont à 30 minutes. L’endroit idéal pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

Perfect family holiday

A super villa with large living/dining area,ideal for spending family time together. The pool outside was perfect entertainment for the children and an ideal space for sunbathing. The adults also enjoyed using the hot tub. Cathy was very helpful and friendly offering ideas of where to eat and what to do. Eric the owner of the villa was very pleasant and helpful too even bringing us cakes on our departure. A lovely relaxing holiday in an authentic French villa!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa printania. Nous étions 2 familles dont 3 ados. La villa offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se reposer et passer de bons moments. L'impressionnant chêne permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans souffrir de la chaleur.Cathy a été très efficace pour nous donner les informations sur les évènements locaux ou quand nous avions des questions techniques!En définitive, la maison correspond très bien à ce qui était décrit.

cette maison est idéalement placée pour tous ceux qui veulent faire de grandes balades le long de l' estuaire à pieds ou en vélos toute proche de sites remarquables comme la dune du Pilat ,le Cap Ferret,Arcachon .Elle a tout le confort nécessaire et le jacuzzi un vrai plus.Et l'accueil par Cathy est top.

Gut geschnittenes Hsus für Urlaub mit zwei Familien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die tolle Betreuung vor Ort wie auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorhinein. Vor Ort haben wir eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine tolle Terrasse im Schatten eines großen Baumes vorgefunden. Pool und Jakuzie laden sehr zum Relaxen ein. Was wir vermisst haben ist in dem einen Schlafzimmer ein Kleiderschrank. Im gesamten ist dies dennoch ein sehr, sehr schönes Ferienobjekt!

Superbe villa, séjour top, pisicine chauffée à 28degrés, jaccuzzi très agreable en journée ou soirée. Emplacement de la maison très agréable avec une plage à 50m pour jouer et profiter de la vue. Il est par contre très compliqué de s'y baigner car le fond est peu profond avec beaucoup de vase. A proximité des pistes ciclables, d'un parc pour enfant, d'une boulangerie. Equipement bébé complet rien à emmener. Un renouvellement de l'électroménager serait peut etre à prevoir (le frigo rend beaucoup d'eau et la machine à laver avec cycle minimum de 3h puisque celui d'1h ne lave pas très bien). Ce serait mon seul bemole qui n'entâche en rien de très belles vacances en famille.
