Experience country living from the comfort of this modern mountain ranch house with the convince of being only minutes from Boulder, Lyons and Longmont. This 6 bedroom home is the perfect destination for family & friend gatherings or a tranquil, quiet escape from the daily hustle. Enjoy endless mountain views from the comfort of home away from home.

We are honored to host intimate gatherings of less than 20 people. A fee associated with the additional ware on the property and it’s systems will be applied for groups of 13 or more.

Relaxing Beautiful Stay

Beautiful house, plenty of room for everyone, lots of extras, clean, mountain views, country location, but not too far from Longmont, Lyons, or Boulder. Beautiful sunrise & sunset... highly recommend.

Great views and vibes

We had a great stay! The home was warm and welcoming. The views were amazing! Celeste was very responsive and answered all of our questions! We would certainly stay again.

Perfect retreat home

This property is absolutely beautiful and the perfect space for a friend retreat. We were only there for 1 night, but the sunset, sunrise and view was breath taking. All the rooms were comfortable and adorable. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location for our family

Great family rental for the hokiday

We had family visiting for the holidays and wanted a space for us to all be together. The house was perfect! Room for everyone to spread out and space outside for the littles. Great kitchen for making food for a big group.

Beautiful Setting and House

My family members used this house to attend our niece's wedding just down the street at the Greenbriar. This is a perfect house to just sit outside, enjoy an adult beverage and take in the wonderful scenery. It is in the country but close enough to the city for dinner and entertainment. Highly recommend it.

Magical Wedding

We truly couldn't have found a better place to stay!! The hosts Celeste and Toni were so kind! The house itself was absolutely perfect!! Its all in the fine details and they nailed it on everything. My wife and I had our wedding there with 50 people and i just can't believe how perfect everything turned out. 10 out of 10 stars all day!! I would highly recommend staying there!!!

Perfect Spot

Celeste's home was the perfect spot for our family reunion. The home was clean, extremely well stocked, and ready for a group. The grandchildren loved the trampoline, foosball and air hockey. The adults enjoyed spreading out among the 3 separate family rooms to watch Olympics, play cards or just catch up. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for trips to Boulder, Longmont, hiking trails and shopping. Thanks for an excellent week Celeste.

Dream Wedding

I hosted my wedding here and it was the best day of my life. This house is incredible and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. My family stayed in the house the whole week and we all enjoyed the beautiful, tranquil surrounding, as well as the luxury yet cozy feel the house provided! Celest and Toni were so easy to work with and were very accommodating. I can not recommend it enough!

Small wedding reception

I booked this house to host a wedding reception for 25 people. 14 people slept at the house including 2 kids. Everyone was completely in love with the property. The views were amazing & the details of the home were beautiful. We cooked in the kitchen, used the grill, took a bath in the amazing master bedroom tub, the kids loved the upstairs playroom & outdoor trampoline/swing set. A plus was having Rex the ranch cat come out & say hi to us a few times. My only 4 star rating was communication with the host as it sometimes took a few days to get in contact with her. Overall 5 stars. Couldn’t recommend Celeste & her beautiful property more.

Wonderful Country Home

Home: Stayed here with a group of 14, 5 adults and 9 teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone in the rooms and across the different den and living room areas. Home is nicely remodeled, decorated, and functional for what we needed. Large indoor/out door space, firepits, outdoor sport toys, trampoline, grill, patio and picnic seating all were a plus. Location: We chose this house to get a bit closer to RMNP as well as close to Boulder, so we could split our time hiking in the mountains and biking/exploring in the city (which worked out great). Host: Celeste was great and always in communication if/when we needed her. Rex (the host cat) was great to have around, very mellow and friendly. Note, having Rex in the house is completely optional, he's more than fine just roaming the property and settling in the garage at night as well. Overall: Great place and would certainly look to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Cozy Ranch Perfection

Cozy ranch perfection. My husband and I enjoyed the most relaxed and idyllic wedding at Celeste’s home. Guests raved about how special the ranch felt, and we reveled in the freedom to customize our vendors and performers. Celeste went above and beyond to accommodate us, including two site visits, great communication over text and email, and even installing a ramp so my dad could enter the house. She provided everything we needed, from extension cords for the band to helping us find items in the house to use for the ceremony, and even doing extra yard work to beautify our ceremony space. Celeste let us check in 4 ½ hours early to get everything set for our guests while she turned over the house from a previous rental. She also accommodated a late check out as we gathered our final odds and ends. Our 12 friends that stayed in the house thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was plenty of space for everyone, with tons of common areas indoors/outdoors, and the rooms were quite comfortable with fun themes and decor. The kids at the wedding had a blast with the in-ground trampoline, soccer net, and playground. Our dog enjoyed roaming the property and chasing our friends around on bikes. Speaking of animals, we enjoyed some very sweet encounters and cuddles with the “infamous” barn cat (see the obnoxious VRBO review preceding ours). Happy to report that the kitty is very clean, healthy, and well cared for. The distant nays of the neighbors’ horses added to the calm, country atmosphere. Celeste was very sweet to our dog and let him stay in the house while she cleaned. This place is absolutely magical, and Celeste is a wonderful person who cares deeply for her home. Highly recommend for any event, occasion, or special family getaway!

Nice stay at the Ranch House

Given time this property will eventually be a 5 star stay. It has all the amenities to entertain large groups and young children. The entertainment for young children are the trampoline, tree swing, and swing set. There is also a foosball table in the house along with an air hockey table. There are plenty of toys and books for indoor activities. For adults, there is amble room for groups at two large tables and there is even a built in bar. There are multiple tables and chairs outside as well too. There is plenty to do at this house if you do not want to get out and do anything. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Items to keep in mind when renting this house *There is a cat on the property that is very friendly. For those that are allergic keep all windows and doors closed since he likes to come in the house. *In the heat of the summer there is no central air conditioning, but a/c units in the windows. Three of the 6 bedrooms have units. The rest have dyson fans. The house does cool off at night given the cool night air but the bedrooms without a/c units take longer.

Under Construction - Do Not Stay

I booked this home while our home was on market in open houses. I was very excited to stay at the home as the owner seemed sweet and the house seemed like a dream for our young kiddos. When I arrived at the property I was very disappointed. The home was clearly mid construction and we were not told nor did listing provide any notes of this. There were signs all over "pardon our dust", holes in ceilings, no bar counter top, holes in walls, cobwebs and dead spiders in windows, broken stairs, a plier in lieu of a handle for the master tub. I reached out to the owner to communicate our disappointment and asked to respond to her the next day as I was exhausted from getting our home staged for listing. The owner was upset that I was upset with the condition of the house and made me feel like my disappoint was unjustified. To make matters worse our kiddos mentioned they heard a cat crying on Saturday morning. I assumed since it was a farm type property that they had a barn cat and thought nothing more of it. After coming back late Saturday night from dinner we all heard more cat crying and went to investigate. I opened the garage door and a cat came flying out the door, ran behind the house to a dog bowl that had water in it and drank for at least 15 minutes. By now I had texted the owner that I found a cat locked in a garage and did she know about it. The cat was friendly so I was able to pick her up without any issues so she didn't run away. While I was waiting to hear back from the owner I walked into the garage. As soon as I walked in there was broken glass in several spots on the floor (looked like vases had been knocked over and broken). There was no outside access for the cat and no water anywhere. I found an automated food dispenser with food in it but beyond that nothing, No litter box, no water, no place for kitty to sleep (dirt bikes and 4 wheelers and tools galore). I heard back from the owner and was told in no way should I have gone into the garage. I offered to find kitty a new home as I volunteer with a local animal rescue and was quickly shot down that the cat was fine. Owner tried to evict us from the house at this time and I reminded her that I had a reservation through Monday morning and that we would leave Sunday afternoon. I did call Animal Control as the situation the cat was in was not acceptable and they did go out to the property. Our 3 year old also got hurt on the broken stairs as her toe got caught in the gap. Don't stay.
