Cocoonr offers this 40 m² duplex apartment (duplex), which sleeps up to 4 people, to rent in Saint-Doulchard.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The duplex is divided as follows:
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron.
The duplex is ideally located in Saint-Doulchard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Domaine de Varye: large, pleasant park for walks, family picnics or green relaxation
- Parc de l'hôtel de ville: a small park in the town centre, perfect for a stroll
- Saint-Étienne de Bourges cathedral
- Jardin de l'Archevêché: pretty public garden with a view of the cathedral
- Musée du Matériel et de la Maintenance de l'Armée de Terre or Musée du Train et des Équipages Militaires in Bourges (booking required)
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the duplex.
