Süddeich Sylt - dream holiday in the south of Westerland
Are you looking for absolute peace and want to live in the green, but still have the beach and the center of Westerland within reach? Then you are in our house Kolberger Str. 22 just right. From the end of the cul-de-sac you can reach our apartment, built in a Frisian style, with a terrace.
The house is located directly on the nature reserve with a view of the Tinnum castle. The apartment has a nice terrace facing south, where you can enjoy the peace and good air.
To the beach, the sky-ladder and the south-wilderness is about 10 minutes, as well as to the center of Westerland. The Sylter Radwanderweg crosses the path to the beach after a few minutes. By bicycle you are quickly in the nature reserve. Cycle tracks start right near the house. A bakery and a bicycle rental are also located near the apartment.
WATCH OUT!!! After Easter it really starts! After complete refurbishment, you can look forward to a perfectly equipped apartment with many wonderful extras ... the new pictures are set after Easter! Secure the most beautiful dates for 2018 ... You will spend a wonderful holiday with us !!!

Urlaub auf Sylt vor Ostern
Das Objekt sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Wohnen und Essen prima. Das Einzige was fehlte, war ein wenig Stauraum, um seine Lebensmittel zu lagern. Ansonsten passte einfach alles.
Das Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sehr geräumig und Top!
Eine gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung.
Besonders ist der große Strandkorb auf der Terrasse zu erwähnen. Selbst zu zweit kann man dort die Ruhe entspannt genießen.
Einfach ein toller Urlaub auch mit Hund!

Diese ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal
Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und gut ausgestattet.
Die Terrasse mit dem tollen Strandkorb lädt ein zum verweilen.
Durch den Schlafraum und das Bad im Keller ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Hier kann man es gut aushalten. Die Komunikation mit Herrn Weiß und Herrn Scholz war hervorragend.

Nette Wohnung am Stadtrand von Westerland
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert.
Der Strandkorb ist Luxus pur ! Gefallen hat, dass die „ Wohnung Grundausstattung“ wie Toilettenpapier, Taps Spülmaschine usw. vorhanden sind.
Der Souterrain Bereich wurde nett gestaltet.
Herr Weiß ist nett und engagiert im Notfall.

Schöne Wohnung für zwei. Sehr kleine Küche, ein Backofen wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Durch die komplette Sanierung der Wohnung im Winter 2018 wird auch die Küche erweitert werden! Außerdem wird es in der neuen schicken weißen Hochglanzküche selbstverständlich auch einen sehr guten Umluftbackofen geben!
