The main bedroom has a king size bed along with a private bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed. The third bedroom had two bunk beds along with a trundle and is a kid favorite. There is a full-size washer and dryer and free wi-fi. In the evening, be sure to relax and enjoy the water view from the balcony!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The community resort fee includes parking for 2 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 5/25 = $115, 5/26 to 9/12 = $190, 9/20 to 12/31 = $115. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $75 each. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island. We are not responsible for any changes/ differences in community fees or changes in pool operation/ closures.

* Parking for 2 vehicles- one in a covered garage and one spot outside of the garage.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors, individuals, or groups under 30.

* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
