Peaceful and convenient

Bob’s cabin was the perfect location for our first time visiting Michigan. We were a short drive to South Haven, Saugatuck and Holland. All of which had fun things explore and do. Going back to this quite cabin after a day of activities was perfect! Bob was a great host!

Perfect quiet stay

Creek side cabin was a perfect quiet home base for our vacation. Well appointed with just about everything. Go have fun in town and come back and enjoy peace and quiet. We enjoyed watching a thunderstorm through the skylight.

Wonderful

What a lovely property. If you enjoy getting away from the crowds, this one is for you. I love to cook so the fully stocked kitchen was an unexpected delight. The outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners and bonfires. Bob is a fantastic host. Will definitely return!

Great Home away from Home

What a great cabin, very nice- beautiful setting in the woods and so quiet and quaint. Would certainly rent again, water levels are high, beach was a little smaller but still very nice! Highly recommended!!

Relaxing get away

The house felt secluded and still just a short walk away from the beach! The owner, Bob, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful cabin, great location, helpful host!

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 day stay here, the cabin is beautiful and clean. The host, Bob, is very communicative and personally wants to ensure you have a good trip. The location was perfect, though it rained most of the trip - because we were so close to Grand Haven and Saugatuck we were plenty busy! We would go back to this cabin given the chance :)

Cozy and Quiet

This cute little A-Frame house was perfect for our family (2 Adults 1 Child). Super clean, very quiet, great location, and the owner Bob was super easy to deal with. It is 15 minutes from everywhere you want to be. And the little private beach was amazing for sunrise and sunsets.

Restorative!

My wife & I spent 4 nights at Bob's cabin in the woods and would return in a heart beat. The forest views and surrounding nature provided a truly wonderful escape from the busyness of everyday life. Sitting outside, surrounded by whispering trees and birdcalls, was so relaxing. The cabin was cozy and we quickly settled in and felt at home, though I do not recommend going upstairs if you have knee problems. Bob warned us the stairs were steep, which was certainly true, even for my 30 year old knees! Luckily, the downstairs bedroom worked well for us - the bed was creaky but very comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping and woke each day feeling well rested. Bob was a most gracious host, and was very accommodating when we requested to stay an extra night on a whim. We are so grateful for having had this experience, especially during such a tough year. Thanks again, Bob!

Beautiful and Amazing A Frame

We had the best time exploring the surrounding beaches, hanging out in the backyard fire pit and drinking coffee on the deck. This A frame is located in the woods, but close to ALL area beaches. Ideal for hiking, biking, swimming, and relaxing. Bob is a wonderful host, super nice, engaging and full of important area info. Thanks Bob!

R&R in the woods

As advertised this cozy AFrame in the woods was just what I wanted. Relaxing and quiet but plenty of great things to do in nearby towns. The owner was great and really cares about his property. Lovely!

Peaceful

A rainy weekend turned out wonderfully because we had this cozy cabin to enjoy. Saw plenty of deer from the deck and enjoyed the peaceful, calm surroundings. Bob gave us a thorough tour upon arrival, and then was in text contact if we needed him. It was perfect.

A little piece of Heaven

This A-Frame cottage is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. The hosts of the property are wonderful. It is centrally located to both South Haven and Saugatuck / Douglas. The cottage was very clean, cozy and well maintained and decorated. We will definitely return in the future.

Sweet Cabin

The cabin was exactly as pictured on VRBO. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and taking in the views of Lake Michigan. The deck was a great place to relax and be surrounded by nature. We loved the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the night sounds.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

This beautiful A-frame cabin was the perfect location for our family getaway. The property manager, Bob, was very welcoming and accommodating. The cabin was very clean, and property was surrounded by large trees and ferns. It was an easy drive to nearby beaches and located in between South Haven and Saugatuck. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect getaway

This was exactly what I was looking for with my two teenagers. Host was great all around, property was exactly as expected, and exceeded expectations with bikes on property, availability of beach chairs and umbrella, and the overall ambience of the area. Loved the community deck for sunsets and quiet mornings with deer every day. Looking forward to coming back again! Thank you to Bob for being a great host!

Great family vacation

Cabin in the woods

Had a wonderful stay at this charming, clean wonderful A-Frame in the woods. Excellent communication with property owners. Cabin was spotless and was everything as advertised. Very private setting one block from Lake Michigan. Even had visit from pretty deer and hummingbirds while staying. Very nice setting for quiet, private campfire 🔥.

Peaceful Cottage

Bob was an absolute wonderful host. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the cottage and showed us where everything was. The cottage had everything we could possibly need and more. It was so clean and meticulous. We have stayed at many places through VRBO when we travel and this little cottage was the cleanest and well stocked with everything we should need. I really enjoyed meeting with Bob and I think it’s wonderful that he takes the time to personally check-in his guests. He truly seems like he cares and it shows greatly with his property. I highly recommend! It was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys who are 7 and 5. We really enjoyed South Haven and the beautiful beaches. It was so nice to come back from a busy day to such a peaceful cottage . My only complaint is I wish our stay was a bit longer. We definitely hope to be back in the future . Thank you so much for everything Bob!
