Everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean and quiet, and we had a very nice stay overall. We were there in the winter, but I think a summer visit will be even better. Breakfast was provided, and we were able to spend some time getting to know our host during the meal. They seem like a great family, and I would recommend staying there if you need accommodations in the Connellsville/Uniontown Area.
I enjoyed my stay very much. Everything was exactly as I was expecting and more. The host was awesome. I hope we were good guests because I’d definitely stay here again.
What a gracious hostess! Susan told stories about features of the farmhouse and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy. French toast breakfast, with quiche, sausage, cantaloupe, and a smoothie! We would highly recommend!
We stayed at this property for 1 night with our dog to attend an event in town. Vicki was excellent in communication with us. The histrionic of the family farm made you happy to support a local business. Our dog was friendly with their pup and the baby calf’s and cows. Breakfast was lovely as we got to sample some of the farm’s products. We would be happy to visit again.
We only stayed one night, but what a great place. Situated on a working dairy farm, we stayed in one of the rooms of a beautiful house at the end of the lane, overlooking farm and fields. We slept like babies in the luxurious bed linens - OMG. In the morning, we woke to breakfast being cooked for us - eggs, bacon, fruit, and delicious homemade muffins. And enjoyed awesome conversation and learned so much about the area from the homeowner. Our conversation guided how we spent the rest of our day, as we snacked on delicious cheeses made at the farm that we had purchased on our way out. We will be back!
There was no sign out front indicating B & B. When I booked it said we had the last room. No one else was there, no lights on, the back porch was covered with stuff. We were lost and couldn’t reach the owner, went directly to voice mail. This was my 1st ever B & B very disappointed
Susan was an excellent host and gave 100% plus. She gave a mini tour of wildflower garden and the farm. She made sure we were comfortable and fed us well with her amazing country breakfast. I highly highly recommend the Maple Bottom Farm.
They make great cheese and we loved the stories about Frank the Turkey.
