Explore southern Vendée, between the Vendée cycling routes (9 km) and the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park (Maillezais Abbey and boat landing 18 km away). A little further afield, you can visit the coast, La Rochelle (49 km) or L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île (50 km). Finally, take advantage of the proximity to two theme parks: Puy du Fou (65 km) and Futuroscope (126 km). This gîte offers, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a living/dining room/kitchen, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite shower room and toilet, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) and toilet. You will have a private outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue, and access to a shared (12 x 6 m) unheated swimming pool (open from May to September). Ample parking is also available.

The cottage is located very close to the owners' residence and two guest rooms.

Heating, bed linen, and towels are included.
