Keep an eye out for the sea turtles so you can brag to your friends when you get home! This charming single-level home is only about a mile and a half from the beach and the wildlife that makes this part of the Atlantic truly special. And if you're headed for the sand, don't forget to grab the beach towels, five beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler provided for your use. When you're not out exploring the coast, you will love enjoying the warm weather from the house's comfy and attractive covered patio.

With all the privacy afforded by an enclosed backyard and lush vegetation, you can host a cookout using the provided gas grill or just lounge on the lovely furniture with a cold cocktail and good conversation. If you need a break from the sunshine, walk inside the central AC and flip on the big, flatscreen TV in the living area. You'll want for nothing here; the home also includes a full kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
