Hermosa villa en un lugar prominente en el estilo Key West con un gran área abierta de la piscina + jacuzzi, y dos ascensores de barcos, rampa del barco privado y zona de playa privada! Disfrutar de la Sonnaufgang en el porche! Desde el primer Piso tienen una vista maravillosa de la palma paraíso verde!
La villa cuenta con 2 literas en la zona superior se encuentra el salón con chimenea y zona de lectura, cocina, comedor, 2 terraza con vistas al canal, piscina y el río, así como 3 dormitorios (principal cama king, dos camas de matrimonio) y 2.5 baños (baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha grande) - en la zona inferior se encuentra otro dormitorio (cama de matrimonio), un baño con acceso a la piscina y una sala de estar con TV de 65 pulgadas, vestidor, lavadero y acceso a un garaje doble.
El área de la piscina RIESEIGE tiene una piscina grande de lo normal con jacuzzi y muchas oportunidades para tomar el sol, así como un pabellón con zona de comedor y una parrilla de gas en el mismo canal / Riverview. Otro punto a destacar es la chimenea con asientos en el barco ascensor privado.
La zona de la piscina tiene sol todo el día !!!

Great Waterfront House

Beautiful place and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins

Very nice big home, had what we needed, heated swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. Host was very nice and took care of any needs that came up. We would stay here again!

Great stay - April 2024

Lovely property with great facilities including heated outdoor pool. Spacious bedrooms and living areas and the kitchen has everything required with easy to use appliances if staying in to eat. Given the riverside location it is a few minutes drive to get anywhere but would recommend for a relaxing stay.

We had plans for a big family get together but turned out to be just 2 of us so the house felt huge but would rent it again in a heart beat. Beautiful property and area. Thank you again

Fantastic home

Fantastic home to stay for a week or longer. House had a wonderful beachy feel. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Kids enjoyed catching a variety of fish off the dock. Enjoyed seeing dolphins on the canal. Location was was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Very nice property. It is definitely not new like the listing says, but the property is still very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you are staying for more than a couple days make sure you stop at the store and grab toilet paper, soap to wash dishes, and garbage bags as they only provide what’s there.

Beautiful home in ideal location

We love staying at the Kuper family's home! We vacationed there with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We made good use of the pool, which was heated and warm every day. We also rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock on the channel. We can't wait to go back next year!

Great Stay

The house was amazing! Checking in was simple. The pool with hot tub and grilling area was a relaxing place to hang out when we weren’t at the beach. We even had two dolphins out in the canal behind the house one day. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was convenient, we were just a short drive from the beach and several great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great base for family holiday

My brother's family and mine stayed for five nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Our group included three teenagers and two couples and the space was perfect for us. Everyone could spread out and have their own space, and we appreciated the multiple common areas where we could gather, including the large pool area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Anni was very responsive to any question that we had. The location was perfect for us as our parents live very nearby. We all agreed we would happily stay here again!

Happy and Serene

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was so beautiful and beachy! Everything was clean and well kept, very spacious! There is a lovely pool and Jacuzzi on a large patio over looking the water. It has a large garage and a boat ramp! The manager/owners were so patient, kind, attentive, and accommodating. We will truly miss working with them. We hope one day to return again! Thank you so much for everything you did to help us during our stay! We truly felt at home! :-)

Little hidden paradise on the water

We had a summer vacation with our family in June. The house was decorated very unique and beachy, with the layout perfect for our family with the master and two bedrooms on the main floor and another bedroom with bath on the bottom floor. We were able to dock our boat at the house in the water & fish on the dock. It was nice having our boat assessable so we can go out on the water at any time and be only 20-25 minutes from Sanibel. The pool was relaxing and clean along with the spa. The outside grounds, pool deck, house exterior could use some upgrades, however, still beautiful with the perfect Florida vibe. We would definitely stay again!

The property manager was responsive in our requests. There was enough room for everyone. Great house, great pool and hot tub, stocked kitchen. We did experience a lot of bugs, “no see ums” in Florida due to vacationing in July! They were horrible and ate our ankles up. Def stock up on bug spray and citronella candles.

Very Nice home, just a few areas to make outstanding

Would have liked to open windows as a few nights were cool but no screens and mosquitoes were bad. Had some trouble with pool/spa heater and directions really did not cover issues so it really took days to get things working right. Could have used a few cooking and grill utensils and blender dead.

Incredible Stay!!

Myself, my three boys and some of his friends had an amazing week at this home! The house was absolutely beautiful, and we were simply amazed by the backyard. The pool was the perfect temp and the hot tub was perfect for when the sun set and got a little colder. We have rented in the past in Fort Myers/Cape Coral but this house definitely took the cake. The house was beyond clean and stocked with everything you need if you plan on cooking at the house, going to the beach, etc. We rented a boat during our stay and the dock was massive! It was very easy to dock our boat there and was in the perfect location if you plan on boating out to Sanibel or Ft. Myers beach. We also got lucky and saw 2 dolphins in the same day just off the dock! Definitely a house to consider, and we plan on booking again sometime in the future! Thanks Annie for the great communication pre trip and during, you were simply amazing.

Pretty place good for adults

Very pretty home with great character, setting and trees surrounding the home very beautiful. This property is nice and pretty. Can tell still being repaired from hurricane damage in some areas of the home and property, but still able to stay and enjoy our time. Great home for adults, would have more concerns if we had young children with us due to some of the electrical wires that were exposed in random spots of the home and property. We also weren’t provided with enough washcloths, had to share one between my husband and I, but other towels and linens were in good supply. Toilet seats need replaced in a few of the bathrooms and some lights/fans did not work, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Concrete area around pool very slick when wet, but if you walked slow you were fine, concern for young kids running and splashing and elderly individuals. Unfortunately the pool was cruddy upon arrival, and pool filter seemed to be on a low setting that wasn’t able to keep up. A quick vaccum/net skim prior to our arrival would have been all it needed and would have made initial impression of the property that much better. Pool was cleaned on Monday our second full day in the rental and it looked great after being vacuumed out, I do feel that this should of been completed prior to us checking in&a hand held battery vacuum left at the rental for renters to use when needed. Net was available and helpful. Overall beautiful home, great for adults.
