- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace, an enclosed private garden of 26 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Private gate opening onto a shared garden at the bottom of the plot

The flat is ideally located in Cap d'Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
