Ideally located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in a quiet neighbourhood only 900 metres from the beach, this furnished house welcomes you for a comfortable stay. Equipped with modern amenities, it can accommodate up to 9 people (6 adults and 3 children), ideal for family or friends' holidays. You will appreciate its beautiful outdoor space with enclosed garden and fitted terrace, equipped with a plancha to fully enjoy beautiful summer evenings. Nearby, beaches, hiking trails and water activities are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, for a hassle-free holiday.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a bright living room opening onto the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (one filter and one Nespresso). Enjoy your meals around the indoor table or on the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably seated in front of the television.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a television and a private bathroom with WC.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm).

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: a double bed (140x190 cm) and a television.

Bedroom 4 (only for children) – upstairs: two single beds (90x190 cm) and a bunk bed (90x190 cm).



In addition to the bathroom of the master suite, two other bathrooms are at your disposal, each equipped with a hairdryer. Two separate toilets complete the accommodation.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron, as well as a travel cot and a high chair, are also at your disposal.



The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but free parking spaces are available in the development.
