Pleasant Renovated Pavilion of type T3, 50m², located in a co-ownership in Biscarrosse Lac, very close to Lake Navarrosse.

It is composed, on the ground floor: An Entrance, An independent suspended WC with storage, A Shower room with washbasin, Italian shower, a beautiful Living room with sofa bed, television + Wifi, fitted open-plan kitchen: 3-burner induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle,... Dining area with table and chairs, all overlooking the east-facing terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 1 180cm bed with storage and water point.

A Children's bedroom with 2 90cm beds with storage.

Private courtyard with garden furniture, gas plancha, electric awning, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.

Accommodation for 4/6 people for a family with children. Pets not allowed. In addition: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on site for €85.
