85 m² on 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, a terrace of 40 m² semi covered and shaded, land of 450 m² adjoining not overlooked
Close to many places for swimming, hiking, paragliding, mountains, etc...

New open fitted kitchen: induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, plancha, dishwasher and all the kitchen essentials

2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and the 3rd 140 bedroom
A 140 sofa bed completes the sleeping possibilities

Deckchairs and 2 outdoor lounges are at your disposal
Pets are welcome and can live, inside and outside, in complete freedom under your responsibility

Gîte propre et moderne. Très bonne isolation qui permet de garder la fraîcheur lors des fortes chaleurs.La vaisselle n'est pas très abondante, mais nous n'étions que 3.Le mobilier de jardin n'était pas encore livré donc difficile de profiter de l'extérieur. La partie engazonnée n'était pas très bien tondue et ne dispose d'aucun coin pour déjeuner ou flâner, vraiment dommage.
