On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. The stove in the main room, the rooms have central heating, bathroom with underfloor heating and radiators. The entrance is ground level and with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 65 sqm and with tiled stove, lounge, dinette, TV, stereo system and radio. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. Horní Maršov, 600 m a.s.l. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (length 10 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
