Welcome to Polly, a fully renovated family home located in a privileged setting in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in the heart of the Penfoulic area. Nestled within a private estate in a protected natural zone, this peaceful property surrounded by nature is ideal for a family stay with children. Its location is highly sought after, with immediate access to the GR34 coastal path at the end of the road, offering beautiful walks along the Breton coastline. You will also be just a few minutes from the village of La Forêt-Fouesnant, as well as an oyster farm reachable on foot in 5 minutes, where you can taste and buy fresh oysters and seafood.



Polly is a charming stone house, fully renovated, combining character with modern comfort. It is set in a green haven with a large unfenced garden, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Both children and adults can fully enjoy the outdoor space, play freely in the garden, gather around a barbecue or share meals outdoors in the dedicated dining area. This spacious exterior is a real asset for successful family holidays in a calm and safe environment.



Inside, the house is designed to be both functional and welcoming. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The cosy living room opens onto the garden through large windows, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. A walk-in shower room and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, the house offers four interconnected bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, providing all the comfort needed for families and groups in a warm and cosy atmosphere.



Designed with families in mind, the house provides a baby cot and a high chair free of charge, making stays with young children easier. Parking is also simple and free, directly in the garden on the grass, pending future development of the access.



Please note that the house is part of a private family estate that remains open. Guests are kindly asked to respect the property and the people living there, and not to move freely throughout the entire estate. Additionally, as the house is located in the countryside and surrounded by nature, you may encounter small insects typical of this natural environment, which also contributes to the authentic charm of the place.
