The living room opens to a private patio with access to the pool and private yard, has seating for 6 and is a perfect spot for a good cigar to take in the Augusta night. Leading thru the living room and dining room is a chef's kitchen with seating for 8, top-of-the-line stainless appliances, smart TV, wifi speakers, Keurig coffee maker, Jenn Air gas burners, a Pantry and plenty of glassware/cookware/silverware for hosting parties. A beautiful half bath is located off the kitchen hallway. This hallway also has a private staircase that leads to the Movie theater located on the second floor. The hallway also has access to both patios and our wonderful outdoor entertaining area which includes a large pool, patio seating, gas grill and a secluded large side area. Upstairs has four large bedrooms with MBR suite/jacuzzi tub, 1 full bath and 1 jack and jill bath. All bedrooms include 50"-65" smart TV's and Amazon Alexa speakers in every room. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer is adjacent to bedrooms. Butter up some popcorn and grab a cold one in our movie room with theatre seating for 6 that has an 86" smart tv and an additional 150" projector screen with built in surround sound, gaming consoles, popcorn maker, and two wine/beer/soda refrigerator's. A private staircase off the theatre room leads down to another 1/2 bath and the kitchen.
