Residence with swimming pool open from 06/15 to 09/15 with closing on Thursday. Close to a busy shopping avenue. 150m from the beach and shops.
Two-room apartment for 4 people, 40m² + 8m² loggia, 5th floor with elevator, south facing, sea and swimming pool view, basement garage.
Classic, clean and pleasant furnishings.
Separate kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet.
Comfort: 2 electric hotplates, microwave, mini-oven, television, refrigerator.
Living room: 1 double sofa, bedroom: 1 double bed.
The tourist tax is not included in the price as well as the optional cleaning package of 75 euros.
