Welcome to this superb 50 m² chalet, ideally located in Gujan-Mestras for a functional and relaxing stay.

This single-story chalet comfortably accommodates up to four people in a warm and verdant setting.

The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm).

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee to simplify your arrival.

The chalet features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a shower room and a welcoming living room with a television for your relaxation.

For your comfort, you will also have access to a fan, iron, hairdryer, and a barbecue and a shared swimming pool within the residence.

Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect.

The outdoor space is one of the major assets of this rental, thanks to its private garden and sunny terrace where you can enjoy the sea air.

Gujan-Mestras is a commune located in the Arcachon basin. Its seafront stretches over 7 kilometers and is home to 7 ports that you can discover thanks to the coastal path; you will be able to observe their boats of all kinds, taste fresh oysters or simply enjoy the landscape and the smell of the sea. A little further on, you will be able to discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
