About this property

Very quiet house on the edge of the Arcachon basin, rated 3 stars for tourism.

Quietly located house in a dead end with small enclosed garden, located 400 meters from the city center, 600 meters from the sea with ports and Gujan beach, 5 km from the large Hume beach, 9 km from 'Arcachon and 11 km from the magnificent ocean beaches without forgetting the proximity of Biscarosse and its lake or Cap Ferré easily accessible by water taxi from Arcachon.

Clarification: this rental is only available for rentals from Saturday to Saturday and the electricity / water consumption is not included and will be taken to the meter

You can choose between the ocean, Lake Cazaux / Biscarosse or the Arcachon basin for swimming. You can also travel either by bus (1 euro per day at 80 meters) or by bicycle (rentals) as there are many cycle paths in the region. Fans of parties and shows will not be disappointed (Feasts of sardines, Larrostréa, Open-air opera, Larros, sardinades, Gujan Mestras in festivals.)

Wi-fi available in the house.

New in 2018: the bedding and the living room have been replaced following one or two assessments which advised him.

Other possible activities: Aqualand, Tree climbing, Golf, Surfing, Bowling, equestrian center, tennis, Casino.

Very nice and cool independent house in the shade of a large catalpa with outdoor garden furniture and efficient barbecue. Quiet house with no road or train noise. Animals are welcome in a well-kept and well-kept garden.
You can return your vehicle (s) to the shelter in the garden behind the automatic gate.
Our animal friends are welcome in the enclosed garden.

Very nice property, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a small but pleasant garden.

The welcome was very good and we had a very relaxing stay. There is some small building work being done next door at the moment but it was sporadic and not intrusive. For us there was not much to do in Gujan-Mestras but Arcachon, Andernos-les-Bains, Cap Ferret and Lac Cazaux are all within an easy 20-30 minute drive and well worth visiting.

Maison très agréable, idéalement située au bord du bassin d'Arcachon. Elle est fonctionnelle et bien équipée et la véranda est un véritable plus. Le petit jardin bien clôturé est parfait pour emmener son chien en vacances !Merci pour l'accueil sympa de Christine et les contacts par mail avec le propriétaire. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen mit jugendlichen Kindern im Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Baden (Arcachon-Becken, Lac de Cazaux, Atlantik), allerdings überwiegend in Auto-Entfernung. Vom Bahnhof Gujan-Mestras kann man stündlich nach Arcachon oder in Richtung Bordeaux fahren. Schön waren auch die Radtouren und die Kajaktour auf dem Fluss Leyre. Nicht zu vergessen die wunderbare Christine, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und hilfreich mit Rat und Empfehlungen zur Seite stand.

Toller Gastgeber!! Tolles Haus und Umgebung!!

Wir wurden herzlich von Christine empfangen und über alles informiert. Wir können das Haus und den Gastgeber wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Haus ist super. Umgebung sehr schön. Mit Garten. 3 Schlafzimmern und Dusche und WC getrennt war es perfekt für uns 5 Personen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unser Hund hat es dort geliebt. Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub und wir denken oft zurück an die Zeit. Wir kommen immer wieder gern. Bettwäsche gibt es keine und das ist auch nicht schlimm, aber wenn ihr welches mitbringt in den Urlaub dann bitte die Decken in Doppelgröße bzw. Mit 255cm grcm Größe. In dem Kinderzimmer ist normale Größe vorhanden. Aber es war so warm das wir nur in Laken geschlafen haben. Ich wünsche jeden bei dem tollen Gastgeber einen schönen Urlaub!

Eine Woche mit dem Velo an der Bucht on Arcachon

Älters grosses Haus eingerichtet mit der damaligen Mode aber mit Stil und perfekter Haus und Küchentechnik.Ruhig gelegen mit kleiem Garten und Tor. Wir genossen die zwei Schlafzimmer. Zufahrt etwas schwierig.Bei der Ankunft langes Lüften.
