Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. Wifi (cable), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant and sought-after environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Just a few minutes' walk from the Carnac Thalasso, perfect for a relaxing break, and the Césarine park, located at the foot of the residence, offering children's play areas, picnic areas, sports facilities and relaxation areas.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park. Two numbered parking spaces are available.

- Nearest train station: Plouharnel-Carnac station is about 5km away (about 10 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport is about 140km away (about 1 hour 45 minutes by car).
