Covering an area of 450 m², Villa Lorea offers an exceptional setting for an unforgettable stay. Completely renovated with care, it will seduce you with its generous volumes, its luminosity and its lovely view of the ocean.

Set in 1,500 m² of light-filled grounds planted with trees, the property promises to be a haven of peace, ideal for family holidays with a change of scenery.

The accommodation is composed as follows

Ground floor:
The villa opens onto a vast entrance hall leading to the night areas.
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its private bathroom with bathtub.
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room and access to the terrace
- A third bedroom (2 single beds or a queen-size bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace
- A fourth bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and access to the terrace
- A fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and access to the terrace.
These last two bedrooms share a shower room with WC.
- A master suite with king-size bed (180x200), full bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC and access to terrace with sea view.

First floor:
A superb, light-filled living room opens onto the terrace and comprises four separate areas:
- A comfortable lounge with sofa and television
- A convivial dining room with a large family table
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and high chairs
- A bar area ideal for sharing convivial moments
- A separate toilet
- A large terrace with dining area and plancha grill

Lower level:
- This level houses the swimming pool, a large terrace and an outdoor kitchen (bar, plancha, etc).

- A gym with quality equipment
- The garage with an electric vehicle socket

The exterior:
Each level of the villa benefits from outdoor spaces designed to take full advantage of the setting and the sea view.

- On the bedroom level, a pleasant terrace lets you enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings and the ocean view.
- On the upper level, a vast terrace features a convivial dining area with a large table, a plancha grill and sun loungers, all with superb sea views.
- On the lower level, the pool area is a living space in its own right: a heated pool (10x4 m), secured by a roller shutter, surrounded by sun loungers. A large dining table and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen (plancha, bar area, etc.) are perfect for sharing meals with family or friends in an exceptional setting.
