Behind a discreet facade in a central neighborhood of Sables-d'Olonne, Escale Zen reveals a surprising universe. An immense living space bathed in light opens before you: warm parquet, refined decor, large volumes, and a soothing atmosphere. The house, 135 m² in size, has just been completely renovated by its owner, with a remarkable sense of detail.



At the heart of the room: an elegant and fully equipped open kitchen, dominated by a large central island for sharing convivial meals. In continuity, a cozy living room invites you to slow down (TV, Netflix, fiber Wifi).



The large sliding bay windows completely disappear to extend the room towards the outside and create a true inside-outside continuity.



In the background: an intimate and soothing garden.



You will first discover a terrace with a garden lounge, ideal for breakfasts in the sun or long summer evenings... then a verdant setting with zen inspiration, adorned with carefully chosen plantings.



A rare luxury: a garden without overlooking neighbors in the heart of the city and just steps away from the ocean!



On the ground floor, you will also find:

Night Side



Upstairs, the volumes continue to surprise with two particularly spacious bedrooms, designed like true cocoons:

•A bedroom with a Queen Size bed

•A bedroom with a King Size bed



Each room is equipped with a television.



In the extension of one of the rooms (garden side), an additional sleeping area with a trundle bed can accommodate children or 2 additional travelers.



The landing also includes:

•A large bathroom with a large Italian-style shower and double sinks

•Separate toilet

The house allows you to easily enjoy the assets of our lively seaside resort! The famous Grande Plage of Sables-d'Olonne is located about 15 minutes on foot: swimming, lounging, walks on the promenade and aperitif on the terrace...



Small businesses (food, markets, and shops), restaurants, and downtown are accessible within a few minutes by bike or on foot. The port and quays of Sables-d'Olonne also invite pleasant walks along the ocean. An ideal location for a "zen" stay, without a car, without constraint!

Practical Information

•Arrival: on site or between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry at the agency flexibility outside peak hours.)

•Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linen: Bed linen is included for the 2 main beds, travel with peace of mind! Towels trundle bed sheets optional, to be reserved with the concierge.

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage.
