Our family loved the property. You can actually see the gulf water a little better than pictured. The Big Chill was a great hang out spot for us. The only disappointment was that it was listed as a 2 minute walk to the beach however there was no beach access within Prominence. We did take a short golf cart / bike ride to Deer Creek beach access. Pools were nice. Great food so close by throughout 30A.

Prominence does not have direct private beach access, but the included golf cart and nearby bike routes make it easier to reach nearby public beach access points like Deer Lake State Park. Enjoyable

House is wonderful Clean, beautiful Only issue is beach access. Simply put There is none. Owners should consider membership at Waterscolor Beach Club and allow renters access to the club

Great experience

The property looked brand new and had an amazing experience there! It was conveniently located! It was Memorial Day weekend so some things we had a hard time getting in touch with management about some problems. Some were resolved and some were just left alone. Overall though we had a good time

Does not have 6 1/2 bath there is no two minute walk to any beach. Elevator did not work the whole time the garage was packed full of black garbage bags full of crap master bedroom TV did not work. Had to call and get it repaired. Reported elevator was told someone would be there Sunday Monday and then Thursday we checked out on Wednesday because my husband can’t climb stairs, which was one of the main reasons we rented it had a elevator so we had to sleep in the downstairs bedroom for kids with bunkbeds worst vacation ever

We are very sorry your stay did not meet expectations, especially with the elevator outage and the need to move to a downstairs bedroom, which understandably disrupted your vacation. We apologize for the miscommunication about repair timing and the inconvenience that caused. We also regret the issues you noted with the garage condition, the master bedroom TV, and the listing details about bathrooms and beach proximity. While maintenance was able to restore the TV, these problems should not have impacted your stay. Your feedback has been shared with the owner, our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and building management so they can address cleanliness, listing accuracy, and reliability of the shared elevator. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We are sorry your trip was affected and appreciate the opportunity to improve.
