Charming stone house Located at an altitude of 800 meters, in a quiet environment in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, Chabannes is a small hamlet 30 km south of Clermont-Ferrand. Ideal stay to discover the historical, cultural and gastronomic riches of the region, all in a peaceful and authentic setting. 80 m² house on two levels. On the ground floor: - a kitchen - a living room - a bathroom - a toilet On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 140 bed - a bedroom with a 120 bed and a 90 bed - a bedroom with a 90 bed - a baby bed available Veranda, large enclosed garden, private parking, plancha. 4G passes through the cottage. Hikes from the cottage. Swimming, mountain biking, water sports and fishing at Lac d'Aydat, Blue Flag. Close to the Auvergne Volcanoes, the Monne Gorges, the Benedictine Abbey of Randol, Saint-Saturnin, Saint-Nectaire. Shops and services in Aydat 6 km and St Amant-Tallende 8 km. 30 minutes from Vulcania. 15 minutes from the Grande Halle and the Zénith d'Auvergne. 15 minutes from Charade.
